Make Sure Your Computer Room Has Good Circulation

Odds are your computer room is warmer than any other room in your house, especially during the summer months, because of the heat output your computer(s) are producing. I have this problem in my home office and what I have found is a simple floor fan really helps.

Not only does it noticeably cool the room, but it also makes the room much left ‘stuffy’ due to the air circulation. I have also been able to keep the thermostat turned up a few degrees when I have the fan blowing in my office (which really helps the power usage), even when the door is closed.

No need to go overboard with the fan you use. I have a very small fan (10 inches) and have it pointing at me running on low. It definitely makes a world of difference compared to not having one at all.

installed a ceiling fan and helped a bunch.
3 computers running and up to 95 degree days make cooling very important.
oh, by the way no AC.
the gigabyte MB and the 3.4 pentium with NV8600
VID cards with the p35 chipset is very impressive in this situation. I also modded the case for airflow and no other cooling an am reaching 4.0 with the auto clock control for the cpu also air only.
this board also support later apps of hardware.
alot of heat at a 90 degree day so this works in more ways than one due to airfow in the house or room itself.
