Mobile Social Networking Is The Next Wave

Posted Dec 13, 2007 | by Rich Menga | 1 Comment

Next2Friends has officially brought social networking to the next level by bringing it to mobile phones. You can read all about it here. This isn’t just another "social network with mobile phone perks", it literally is a mobile-phone-specific social network. It’s a true-blue platform. Something new and definitely different.

Even though I’m not the type who texts everything using a mobile phone, this particular service brings a huge chunk of all the stuff social network buffs do now to the mobile platform, such as matching services, live streaming video, video editing, video messaging and more.

Want it? Pre-register. The launch is on Christmas Eve.

Its interesting to know about the all new development that are taking place in specific to “mobile social networking” & the various technics that these companies are using to build & meet up on the competitive market is something remarkable.

But, the point is how much user-friendly is it in terms of service provided & the price factor & also what additional services do they provide. Here is some similar site I found which says it would let user’s access social networking sites on mobile without GPRS, EDGE or internet,

Looks like mobile networking has a lot of investors?!?!
