Method 2.) Recommended
for those who don’t have a second hard drive. Assuming you
already have at least 2 partitions, it’s as easy to make the
backup, but much more difficult to restore it. I still recommend
you purchase a second hard drive and use Method 1 above.

Method 3.) Make
sure you have read and understand Method 1 completely before
continuing here.

computer and enter your BIOS setup program, usually by
tapping the DEL (delete) key on bootup.Look for an
option to select the Boot Sequence. This
is usually set to A:, C:, SCSI or something like it.
Remember this sequence!Set the Boot
Sequence to read A:, D:, or D:, A:, as long as C: is no
longer a boot option, and your second hard drive is.Follow Steps
4, 5, 6, and 7 from Method 1. above. MAKE SURE
you don’t fdisk the wrong drive!Restart your
computer, and enter the BIOS setup program again. Set
your Boot Sequence back to A:, C:, SCSI or whatever it
