Mozilla Thunderbird

For those who love Mozilla’s Firefox web browser and are looking for a free e-mail client similar to Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird is the perfect program for you. This program is great for Linux users as it is open source and made based on the Firefox source. It also works with Windows and is a great alternative to Outlook Express as it is free and has most of the same functionality. All you need is an e-mail service that has Pop3 or imap support and you’re ready to go. Also note that it works well with AOL and Gmail.
