The NYC logo looks nothing like Apple's. I think they will go after "Washington Apples" next because the fruit they grow looks a lot like the Apple logo.Apple coming off their recent settlement for false advertising in using inferior parts (http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/08/03/31/apple_hit_with_another_millions_of_colors_lawsuit.html) is showing their true colors. Their products are expensive but good but I hate their marketing and their pompous attitude.
