Nigerian Scammers Exploiting Kofi Annan

Most people online know about the Nigerian scam, also known as the 4-1-9 scam. It is the whole scheme about somebody in Nigeria needing to transfer funds and they would like to use your bank account to make the transfer. And, of course, they will give you a big sum of money for your troubles. The emails are full of social engineering designed to fool unsuspecting people into thinking they have been specially chosen and that they get to play some sort of James Bond game and get rich in the process.
