Nike MAG Shoes

What the heck am I doing writing about shoes? Good question, and I have a good answer.

Twenty-two years ago in 1989, the movie Back to the Future Part II was released; this film shows what people thought the future would be like in the very-late 1980s. Over two decades have passed since then, and there have been a ton of articles written specifically about this movie in the vein of, "Did the future happen like it did in BTTF II?" One such example is 11 Predictions That Back to the Future Part II Got Right.

One thing that sticks out a lot in BTTF II is the self-lacing Nike shoes that light up. There have been people begging Nike to make these pretty much ever since the movie was released.

Well…
