We have weathered through huge price hikes, some sketchy equipment issues (Blackberry), some not so fair "insurance" replacement phones that were not up to par, etc. All the while, we stayed because in the long run they seemed to try to work with us because we were loyal customers and put us into plans that gave us the best pricing they had available and we happen to be "grandfathered" data plan customers. But, if it is true that Verizon plans to do away with unlimited data plans, then it is absolutely SAYONARA time to Verizon because they have nothing else to offer that will keep me around. They are not that competitive in pricing and I can buy my iPhone from somewhere else.

You know, my husband and I have been Verizon customers since looooooong before it was known as Verizon.
