I use Mitto (http://mitto.com), a safe and easy to use online password manager. They are verified daily against vulnerabilities by McAfee and certified by TRUSTe. I used to use Roboform, but this is a lot nicer.

I use Billeo ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12715 ) to manage my passwords. It securely saves them and I can easily edit or delete them anytime. Also the tool is VeriSign secured and TRUSTe certified, so no security issues.

Right now I’m using Roboform and it help me a lot to remember all my passwords.
Great tool really, because i know that its essential everyone to have backup of their passwords..

But I could never be completely sure that an employee at that website would not use my passwords to access my bank account, VPN, SSH, TS-Gateway, etc…

Count me in as skeptical. I put Password Safe on my USB drive, along with my password file. Works anywhere.
