Online Streaming Dance / House Music

Fans of electronic dance (or house / trance / progressive / etc) music looking to listen to mixes online should check out the site AfterHoursDJs. AfterHoursDJs is a free site which allows you to listen to amateur submitted mixes online, commercial free. Additionally, if you like to mix you can submit your own content to be broadcast which gives you really good exposure.

The stream is offered in both high quality 128kbs as well as ‘web’ quality 24kbs, so you do not have to have an extremely fast connection to enjoy. I typically listen to this while working and find that I really some of the mixes while some of them are not my taste. Of course, it is all in the ear of the listener, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Great site Jason! Had this one bookmarked for awhile although my personal favorite is http://www.di.fm

There’s a very diverse range of EDM (Electronic Dance Music) to choose from whether it be Ambient/Chillout to Psy Trance.

Just another one to add to the mix (no pun intended haha)

I have Digitally Imported bookmarked in my Winamp radio stations. Awesome mixes.

Great amateur as well as professional mixes broadcast. I know EDM isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but I’m a huge fan. I’m like you – I’ve got about 10 different streams bookmarked in Winamp also.
