Online Whiteboard With Advanced Features

Chalkboards and whiteboards are a great tool for making notes and sharing ideas with others. While, in my opinion, you can’t beat the real thing, online whiteboards are useful for ‘unstructured’ brainstorming or for just playing around. A cool whiteboard to play around with is Imagination Cubed.

Imagination Cubed allows you to record your actions (which you can playback later), save drawings, email drawings and collaborate with others. The site does not require any registration, just visit and that is it. Something like this could be useful for school projects where you have a few visuals you want to quickly create and send.

Again, I don’t think you can beat a whiteboard face to face, but at the very least online whiteboards are fun to kill a bit of time with.

I’d also like to mention my personal side project, Fooboard. While it may not be completely finished (yet) and lacks some of the super-advanced features found on other boards, it’s very easy to use and has a familiar interface. If you can use Office, you can use Fooboard!

Please, if you try out my board, leave feedback. I need to know what people want! Check it out at http://www.fooboard.com/
