New versions of Open Source Software usually release updates to fix security problems more often than they do to fix bugs. Because this project has not had an update in four years, I strongly recommend against it use. Bit Torrent software constitutes, by its nature, a security threat because you can not be certain about the source of any software you download with it, or if the software has been 'modified' making a project of this nature even more undesirable for its lack of development. The application may work well, but will it expose your system to attack? Something to think about.
