With so many user names and passwords to remember, they can easily be overwhelming. A simple solution is a nifty open source program called KeePass (http://keepass.sourceforge.net/).
Simply create a single master password for your database and KeePass allows you to categorize, set expiration dates, generate truly random passwords, and tons more while protecting it with SHA-256 bit encryption. For the ultra paranoid, KeePass will even let you tie a key to a floppy or CD so your database cannot be accessed without it.
