Articles I always enjoy checking out are “best of” listings from established sources as I find these great resources for discovering new web sites and services. So with that, if you are interested in checking out the what PC Magazine thinks the top web sites are, then check out their listing for 2010.
Not only are the big name sites you have already heard of (YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, etc.) covered (blah), but there are lots of gems you may not know about:

- Quirky (Tech)
- Roc (Apps)
- Starfall (Info)
Finding web sites such as those above are where the real value in these articles are. Take a look at the undiscovered section and if you find just one site which interests you then it is worth it.
