If you&#039;re asking here, with a more high tech crowd, then the answer is probably no.  Most here have made up their mind long ago whether they&#039;re Mac vs PC, so it&#039;s just a fanboy debate.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But to the novice?  I think it does have some impact.  At first, anyway.  Once they get a good helping from both sides, though, most people become numb to it.
