PCMech Ending Entire Line Of Physical Products – Clearance Sale

David Risley here with an announcement from PCMech.

I have decided to bring an end to the PCMech line of physical products in our online store. In this modern day and age, I can better serve all customers through the use of digital content, which requires no shipping costs to you nor to me. The PCMech Premium membership has become our primary means of delivering high quality content to our customers. Our Premium membership is going strong and I expect it will continue to go strong into the future.

The line of physical products, however, has become, quite honestly, a bit of a pain to deal with for us. The hassle of inventory. The hassle of charging shipping. The hassle of dealing with the pesky problem of our ever-so-dependable U.S. postal service failing to do their darn job and instead send our stuff to never-never land.

When all is said and done, it is just EASIER for us to deal exclusively with digital content via the Internet.

Bringing an end to these products means we do have some inventory left. And we’d like to get rid of it.

So, here’s how this is going to work. I have DRASTICALLY decreased the cost of all of our physical products so that I can move the inventory and ship it to you. Once they are gone, it’s gone. As of now, I have no plans to bring it back. If I do bring any physical product back, it’ll be different and will be on a limited basis.

Here is a breakdown of the clearance items:

Build Your Own Network – Book$19.99$10.0021 SOLD OUTVIEW
PC Mechanic CD$21.99$7.0012 SOLD OUTVIEW

The terms of this sale are as follows:

  • All shipping costs are normal and will be billed as they have always been billed.
  • All sales are final.
  • Due to the increased sales volume that is expected as we clear the inventory, my assistant might have to work herself to the bone to ship all these items. So, your patience will be needed as shipping might not exactly be instantaneous.

I should note that all of the content of these products is still (and already) available online to our PCMech Premium members. If you are a member, you DO NOT need to buy any of these items unless you just want to have a little piece of PCMech nostalgia. :-)

When you go to the store, you will see an option to "Add To Cart" for any items that you want. If that button is not available, it will say "OUT OF STOCK", at which point all remaining inventory has been sold and that’s it.

Lastly, all of our combo deals for these items that we had in the past are now OVER. Since these are already clearance, and some of the items in the original combos have uneven inventory, we’re just going to sell everything separately.

OK, that’s it! Thanks to all of our past customers who have purchased any of our line of physical products in the past. You guys rock.

I’ve bought a few of them a while back and at the time it the information were not up to par with the current time. Not really worth it. Save the money.
