Preview: $100 Laptop

Some of you may have heard about the $100 laptop project, the quest for a cheap laptop that can be sent to third world countries for educational purposes and to help spread use and access to the internet. Well, here is a video preview of the unit.

Sure, it’s a bit cheesy looking, but I really admire the point behind it.

    How could I get one of these $100 laptops? This would be perfect for my husgand who is on the road 11 months out of the year. Also for people that live on very fixed incomes, this would be great.
