I haven't used this service but here is a site that offers both a temporary inbox and a temporary email forwarding address for use at forums or any site where email harvesting may be a problem.

ANother thing to consider here is which you has left out and very surpise you not thought of it is.

Sign up for google mail or yahoo mail or hotmail (some bloggers refuse hotmail accounts) and use that as your main bloggers email refernces instead of your real email.

All spam are then filters by the mail server at their end rather than you having to deal with it, only downside to this is 1) read the email via website which can be somewhat consuming alittle in term of effort. 2) more email acount to remember and to remember where to go to read.

The upside to this is you can still blog from anywhere in the world and have access to google/yahoo emails for the blog etc.
