Quickly Format Web-Text for Word Processing

If you’ve ever copied a bit of text from the Internet and pasted it into Word, you probably noticed that it looks different from the rest of the text in your document. The quickest way to convert the text from a web page to the default format is by first pasting it in notepad and then re-copying it from there. Since any text pasted into notepad is automatically converted to Times News Roman, 12-point text with no extra formatting, you can just copy it again and have it ready to go for Microsoft Word or some other word processing software. Also, remember that when copying text from writing other than your own, you should credit the author who wrote the material if you use it to stay away from plagiarism.
