Simular to an Riser card but to function as a way to use smaller rambus modules so the memory adds up to a higher overall memory.For example, in my Gateway 700X PC, I have 4 modules of 128MB each. There are 2 sets of connectors on my motherboard (must be installed in pairs). Therefore I have 512MB total RAM. The motherboard will handle 2GB total. Four 512MB rambus modules cost more than the PC is worth. What I do have are 16 modules of 128MB = 2GB. I am looking for is 2 sets of A-side and B-side riser/extenders that hold 4 modules each.
