Every operating system, whether it be Linux, OS X or Windows, throws error messages when something goes wrong. Sometimes those errors make sense and are descriptive. Other times those errors are cryptic and you’re left Googling around for what the hell it means. Other times the errors are just plain stupid.
This morning, I awoke to a very stupid Time Machine error – one that makes use of fuzzy math. I screenshot it, then went to take care of some things. When I got back into the office, I got another error just like it – equally stupid.
Without further ado:
Time Machine, please learn to add.
