One way to eke out a few more years from your vintage PC (specifically those running Win95 or Win98) as a “usable” computer is to purposely use the K-Meleon web browser and switch the user agent to “fool” web sites into thinking you’re running a mobile browser. Being that most mobile browser are very feature-limited by nature, this basically means a mobile web experience is the same as that of a PC made 15 years ago.
