Retro Friday: Running XP Apps In Windows 98 With KernelEx

KernelEx is freely available on SourceForge and allows you to run apps that require Windows XP to work in Windows 98. Note that this only works for some apps, as you’ll see in the video below. For those of you running older Win98 computer boxes (most likely for retro MS-DOS gaming), you can now eke out a few more good usable years from the aging Win98 environment. You can grab Firefox 3.6.28, Flash Player 10 and you’re pretty much good to go!

    The Xp crashed (pretyy good take off, though (hee, hee); so am trying to restore it.
