One drawback to Sabayon Linux is that it’s frickin’ huge and takes a while to download the DVD image.
Fortunately the team at Sabayon also releases “mini” versions which are only a CD-sized image rather than a DVD image. Sabayon always releases the big versions first and the smaller ones later.
As of now, version 3.4 of Sabayon Linux is available in a smaller version. I am thankful for this because the DVD version takes a really long time to install. The mini version should install much quicker.
