The X-45 is simply the finest HOTAS system available in this price range, and offers gamers an unprecedented level of control and features. The grip is perfectly shaped for long gaming sessions, the throttle has a long range of motion with adjustable tension, and more buttons than most people will ever need. SGE is still the best programming interface for controllers, taking the fear out of mapping the dozens of possible button combinations. While there are some HOTAS systems on the market that offer true rudder pedals, they cost considerably more, and require special drivers to allow games to recognize up to three separate devices. The X-45 is a simple way to get full axis-control, without sacrificing quality or functionality. Add this stick to your must have list.
