Those of you in the professional world probably already know this, but make sure you save ALL of your email. You never know when you will have to go back to an email you sent or received 3 months, 6 months, or even over a year ago. With email providers offering upwards of 1 GB of storage and POP downloading options, space really shouldn’t be an issue anymore.
