		<description>I&#039;ll second Tana&#039;s comment - on Windows CamTasia is the best tool to use.  On a Mac I&#039;d recommend ScreenFlow.

You&#039;ll also want a good mic (great pro-audio equipment starts from about $400US) - the sound quality makes a huge difference over cheap USB gaming/skype mics.

If you&#039;ve never done a demo screencast before, assume you&#039;ll want 1-2 days to make a nice 5 minute demo.  

You&#039;ll want time to practice, make a few recordings, edit the audio and then produce the final version.  It is more &#039;time consuming&#039; than &#039;hard&#039; if you&#039;re patient but you&#039;ll need this time to make something polished.
