Send Current Office Document With Office Itself

If you are working on an Office Document and want to email it quickly
without having to save and attach it to a message, simply go to the
following menu option: File > Send To.

From here you can send the current document as an attachment or as the
email body itself. It works flawlessly with Outlook. This feature in
Office 2003 usually saves me a couple of minutes a day.
