First off, the topic of an Internet phone is almost too much of a “loaded” tip, but I thought I would spread the benefits of it anyway in a brief, tip-like manner.

Once you have the program installed, you can then use it to chat with any of the over 170 million users for free. If you constantly make international calls, this is definitely worth consideration!
