Snag Mistaken eBay Listings

Odds are you have bid, or at least browsed, for items on eBay. Sometimes the prices are ultra cheap and sometimes items go for above retail price. It really is a crap-shoot sometimes.

One advantage a savvy eBay user has is the ability to locate misspelled or incorrectly categorized items. Since these items are not easily stumbled across, only a few people may know about and avoid a bidding war.

A fantastic tool to find these “mistaken” listings is Type Snipe. With this simple tool, you type a keyword to search eBay for and it generates (from their website):

  • Character typed twice
  • Character omitted
  • Characters swapped
  • Key next to correct character hit
  • Key next to correct character and correct character hit

So by browsing “mistaken” listings you might can really snag a bargain.
