Whenever you add a bookmark in your browser, it usually shows up at the end of the list. This can be a pain and you may want to sort them alphabetically. This is easy to do. Simply open your bookmark menu and right-click on any item in the menu. Choose “Sort by Name” in the menu which pops up. All your links will be sorted.
If you have a few different links which you want to be at the top because you use them often, then they would lose their placement everytime you alphabetize your bookmarks. So, the way to handle this is to rename the bookmark entry. Simply edit the Title and add a tilde (~) or other such character to the beginning of the title, and the sort function will always place the item at the top.
