Some of them have additional functionality, but they’re so slow, it’s pain to watch. Even though I have a very fast computer, when I open a lot of tabs, speed dial can load slower than a heavily scripted website.

Even with all the compatibility issues, there is no match for Opera’s speed. No winning counter-argument to make me use anything else.

I remember it was something that was implemented in Chromium at one time. I guess they removed it when they redesigned the new tab page.
