There's also "Things" for OSX and the iPhone which appears to be doing quite well. Todo/Tasks is obviously a big requirement!I use Exchange/Outlook/iPhone, too.. and still never use the Tasks or the even the Calendar features! Maybe I'm missing out on a bit of organisation...
