Temporary Bookmarks

Posted Feb 11, 2007 by Jason Faulkner

It happens to all of us. We are browsing the Internet and find something interesting to read, but we don’t want to read it right away. If you are like me, you leave the window/tab open until you get a chance to read the article and then close the browser. The problem comes when you accidentally close or have to reboot your computer and you lose the page you wanted to read, meaning you have to go through your history or just say “oh well”.

If this sounds familiar, the solution is simple… a “temporary” folder in your bookmarks organization. Personally, I have a folder called “Interesting Stuff” where I save the pages I want to read and once I am done I simply delete the bookmark.

A simple and clean solution for handling all the pages you might want to look at in the future.
