The Hacker’s Nightmare [Video]

Posted Sep 25, 2008 by David Risley

A couple weeks ago, I posted an article called Your Computer Is Targeted. That article talked about a product called The Hacker’s Nightmare. Tonight, I wanted to show you a behind-the-scenes look at the product itself and exactly why I recommended it to my readers. So, earlier this afternoon I created a video where I showed you what’s behind the username/password and what the book actually looks like. Here it is.

It is kind of funny, actually. Over on Youtube, I had a few people point out that I am using a Mac when they saw this video. Yes, I am. And The Hacker’s Nightmare applies primarily to Windows. Mac users can (for now) relax because OS X is not subject to the vast majority of spyware and viruses out there. Over 90% of my readers use Windows, and I myself use Windows every single day on my Mac and it, too, needs to be secured. The information in this book is applicable to almost everyone.

There is a lot of information here, and I hope the video made that clear. Click to get more information or get a copy.

No, it doesn’t. It isn’t his software to give away.

    Hi David,
Thanks for the heads up on The Hackers Nightmare. I purchased Bills product back when you first recommended it on PCMech. Since then I have implemented at least 90% of Bills advice security wise and consequently feel a lot safer because of it. As you say the size and content of the ebook is large but it does not take long to work through it, then with added bonuses taken into account along with the newsletters makes it value for money in my book. Thanks again Warren.

This is the "kitchen sink" e-book for computer maintenance and repair. A jam-packed 346 pages. As Monte Russel (the author) says in his e-book, "Computers have always been complex, but if a guy that grew up out in the boonies in Wyoming can fix 'em, you can also!" Monte is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Afterwards, he served a long career as a computer repair tech and network administrator. LEARN MORE
