Over the years, I have seen hundreds of slide show presentations. Typically they are very formulaic in that the slide show (Powerpoint) has a vanilla look and the presenter basically reads their bullet points with little additional to add.
One thing which can really help your presentations leave a good impression is a finely tuned and effective slide show. Creating these seems to be a lost art, but here are some good pointers and tricks using Powerpoint.
