It’s more or less true that the PCMech audience doesn’t really care for Twitter all that much, but regardless of that I would suggest "following" (if you use Twitter) or at least bookmarking the Twitter profiles listed below. Why? Two reasons. First, you get can get quick updates for service outages. It’s generally true that whenever a major service such as what’s listed below has an outage, an update will be posted to their Twitter profile quickly. Second, you can directly request assistance through Twitter and the company will usually respond.
