Two Useful FireFox Extensions

Posted Jan 22, 2006 by David Risley

If you ever get annoyed by power outages causing you to lose your place while web browsing or accidentally close a tab without thinking before you do, then these extensions may be for you. Undoclosetab allows you to open recently closed tabs in FireFox for those accidental situations. When it comes to a frozen computer or power outage, you are going to wish you had Sessionsaver installed. This extension restores all of the pages you had open just before FireFox was closed. Both of these utilities can be time saving and prevent a lot of frustration. Go download these files to make sure your web browsing is easily backed up. Note that in order to install the extensions, just drag the downloaded files into the open web browser and you’re all ready to configure them.
