JKDefrag may be an ugly app but it works well. I use it myself and have it configured as my screen saver so it’s not required for me to remember to run it. To configure JKDefrag as a screen saver only requires the copying of two files and clicking a few options in the screen saver settings. After that you’re good to go. If you’re the type of computer user that leaves your box on overnight, this will be especially useful as every morning your hard drive(s) will be defragmented. See video below for details.
