And it doesn't matter WHAT kind of service you purchase from them. TWC too has its "issues," but ever since I dumped Verizon DSL and took a triple play package from TW, I'm not only in the 21st century, but my total costs (HDTV service/landline telephone/broadband)are much lower than TV from TW and b'band/phone from Verizon. I am thoroughly pissed because Comcrap, while it still has its issues has been running rock solid but still slightly expensive while verizon decided to give me the 32kbit/s download speed finger.
