I would have to lean towards my phone, though I’m pretty sure that if I went on the email I set the phone up with, the calendars would be the same. Though all I put in my phone are birthdays and Orthodontist appointments. but I’m still in high school so I don’t really have much more than that to put in. C’est tout.

I keep reminders on my phone with some pleasant ring tone, set in advance for most appropriate timings. Additionally I tell people to leave messages in case they want to contact me or inform me and I am not available.

     I prefer email. but I’m old school. I hate the phone, I’ve always hated the phone. I have a Tracfone prepaid and I don’t even know the number by heart. That’s how little I use it. Oh it’s on most of the day, but it’s in my lunch box and I check it when it’s convenient. If you need to get in touch with me right now, too bad. Nothing I can think of can’t wait an hour or two. I have no life saving skills.
     I use a combination of Outlook on my PC and a Palm E2 which is synced with Outlook for my reminders. Yeah, I know, “How archaic”. But it works just fine for me. My E2 doubles as a GPS. But I’m getting off the point a bit.
     I agree with Gene L and Rich, email leaves you a printable time/date stamped record and it is relatively easy to find something in the past. Although, I do have to discount my opinion because I’ve never searched my phone for anything.

I tell people if you need me right away then call me or leave me a voice mail. If you need to send me a bunch of information then email it and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
