Window Switch Within Programs

One feature many multiple document interfaces (MDI) such as Word, Excel, etc. offer is the ability to switch between open documents within the program using the key combination Control + Tab. This works exactly the same as using Alt + Tab to switch between open programs, but the window switching is limited to the currently selected program.
