If you feel constrained with the lack of options for customizing Windows XP that come with the OS, then you should give WindowBlinds a try. This program allows you to change virtually every aspect of the Windows GUI from the Start bar to toolbar icons. There are also many free WindowBlinds templates online that have customized the default GUI for you. If you have Windows 2000 or XP, this fun program will definitely come of use to you. The only downside besides the $19.99 fee for permanent use is a slight increase in use of system resources to keep WindowBlinds running in the background.
