		<description><![CDATA[Remote Assistance has been around since at least Windows XP.  I remember assisting someone else using it under Windows XP.  I did not work anymore when the other person went to Windows Vista and was incompatible with mine still in XP.  We went to Team Viewer since then.  But Remote Assistance works nicely.]]></description>
