		<description>There isn&#039;t a focus on pirated software. It would be naive to think that the entire population of Windows users are running legit copies of XP or Vista. The article is quite obviously aimed at everyone, but it&#039;s usually those running pirated copies of XP or Vista that don&#039;t like the price, so they will opt for the free/cheapest alternative. So rather than pretend as though piracy doesn&#039;t exist, why not try and nudge said &#039;pirates&#039; in the direction of running a legitimate and legal OS on their PC&#039;s?
