I would bet more RAM would help, but the PC3200 isn't going to make it any faster. First, the PC3200 RAM would have to slow down to match the PC2700. PC2700 is meant for a CPU with a FSB of 533MHz, so a 533MHz CPU would run PC3200 at PC2700 speeds anyways.
