Sometimes they place the holes (for stand-offs and screws) in different locations. Maybe, maybe not. I suppose you could always get the new mobo and PSU and see what happens, if it doesn't fit then you could order a new case, if it fits, well then you won't have to buy a new case. Personally I would ditch the case and go for a full-ATX, with micro-ATX you will have limited upgrades.
