Its easy,
If the windpipe is severed below the vocal cords then its impossible to scream because no air can flow past the vocal cords. If he lowers her to the floor after severing the throat then there is no thud as she hits the floor. Seems like it could be perfectly silent to me. I don't see how the disembowlment could make any noise either.

I'm curious why it is assumed a murder has to make lots of noise?
