Connecting a computer directly into the modem isn't a good idea.
1. Were you using a router before you had Comcast come out?
2. Are the computers desktops or laptops?
3. Are both computers using the wireless connection?
4. Do you have AIM or something so that we can chat in real-time? It's hard to do it through postings like this. I'll be glad to help you with this.
