Another thing to keep in mind is that while sending PM's to people may help solve your problem, it won't help others with similar problems. So it is better to post here when you have a problem than to PM. Once you have gotten some solutions to your problems, then you will be able to help others with their problems. Many people have started here with little knowledge of things and have ended up quite skilled.
